Sacramento Launches New Conservation Campaign
Sacramento, California, water agencies are launching the region’s largest-ever water conservation campaign to persuade residents to use less water on outdoor landscaping. The “Blue Thumb Campaign’ led by the Sacramento Regional Water Authority, opens this month with a media event that highlights six homeowners in the area earning rewards for their conservation efforts. The campaign includes a new website that shows residents how to earn their own ‘blue thumb’ by pledging to conserve. |
